These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Nordic Ridge Resort SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Nordic Ridge Resort, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Nordic Ridge Resort provides SMS messaging for customer care and guest support.
Guests who opt in may receive text messages related to their reservation, stay, guest inquiries, and requests for assistance.
Messages may include:
Responses to guest questions and inquiries
Reservation and stay-related assistance
Check-in and property-access assistance
Wi-Fi and amenity assistance
Maintenance and service-request acknowledgments
Maintenance and service-request updates
Issue-resolution confirmations
Guest service information
Other customer-care communications related to a guest's stay or request for assistance
This SMS program is intended to help Nordic Ridge Resort communicate with guests regarding customer care and guest-support needs.
2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
Participation in the Nordic Ridge Resort SMS messaging program is voluntary.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive customer-care text messages from Nordic Ridge Resort at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing goods or services, or staying at Nordic Ridge Resort.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on guest inquiries, interactions, and support needs. You may receive multiple messages during an active customer-care or service request.
The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with Nordic Ridge Resort and the nature of the assistance requested.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Nordic Ridge Resort.
Nordic Ridge Resort does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS messaging program.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Nordic Ridge Resort at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message informing you that you have been unsubscribed.
After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your reservation, stay, or ability to receive customer service through other available communication channels.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and mobile carriers.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Nordic Ridge Resort cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular period of time.
8. Mobile Number Changes
If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish the mobile telephone number that you used to enroll in the SMS program, you should opt out before discontinuing use of that number or notify Nordic Ridge Resort that the number is no longer associated with you.
This helps prevent messages intended for you from being delivered to another person who later obtains the same telephone number.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to Nordic Ridge Resort.
Information collected through the SMS messaging program is handled in accordance with the Nordic Ridge Resort Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Nordic Ridge Resort does not sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Eligibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provide when enrolling in the SMS messaging program.
By opting in, you represent that you have the authority to consent to receive SMS messages at that number.
11. Changes to the SMS Program
Nordic Ridge Resort may modify or discontinue the SMS messaging program at any time.
Nordic Ridge Resort may also update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updated terms will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date.
Continued participation in the SMS program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
